The Valley Watercolor Society will hold its 2019 Annual Juried Exhibit from Tuesday, March 5 to Saturday, March 30, 2019, at:
San Fernando Valley Arts & Cultural Center

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday: 11 A.M. to 5 P.M.
The Juror is Joseph Stoddard whose work has been especially revered by those who know Pasadena. In 2001, “Pasadena Sketchbook” was published, followed by a second edition in 2008. “Redlands Sketchbook” was published in 2007 and “Expressive Color”, a Walter Foster Publishing instruction book appeared in 2008. His work is in the permanent collection of Azusa Pacific University, the Pasadena Museum of History, countless homes and offices and has been featured in many publications here and abroad.

Honorable Mention: Gift certificates or merchandise.
Should the juror select a second painting from an artist for an award, the second painting will receive a certificate of recognition. Only one prize will be awarded to an artist.

Acceptance notification begins: February 10, 2019
Take-In: March 4, 2019 1:30 – 3:00 P.M.
Show opens: March 5, 2019
Reception and Awards Presentation: March 10, 2019 5:30 – 7:30 P.M.
Show closes: March 30, 2019
Pick-Up: March 30, 2019 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.
